Medicare Advantage Plans
Looking for a Low Cost or NO
Cost Medicare Health Plan? Bankers Life and Casualty has
partnered with several Medicare Advantage health care providers to
offer Medicare Private Fee-for-Service health plans.
These plans are cost-effective, approved by Medicare, and
designed to meet the concern of rising healthcare costs. Here are
just some of the benefits:
- Choose your own doctors (as long as they agree to accept the
plan's terms and conditions of payment) with no
referrals
- No deductibles
- No copays for important preventive screening tests and physical
exams
- Predictable copays for most services, with many as low as $0,
depending on the plans available in your service area

Learn more, and find out how to enroll in a Medicare Advantage
plan:
All Medicare beneficiaries (who are entitled to Medicare
benefits under Part A and enrolled in Part B) who reside in the
plan's service area and do not have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
may apply. You must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium if
not otherwise paid for under Medicaid or by another third party.
You may enroll during specific times of the year.
A Medicare Advantage Private Fee-for-Service plan works
differently than a Medicare supplement plan. Your doctor or
hospital is not required to agree to accept the plan's terms and
conditions, and thus may choose not to treat you, with the
exception of emergencies. If your doctor or hospital does not agree
to accept the plan's payment terms and conditions, they may choose
not to provide health care services to you, except in
emergencies.
